Our Personal Training
programme begins with a consultation to review questions regarding your
health, exercise history and a discussion on what you desire to achieve
regarding your personal fitness. We will perform a number of
assessment tests to determine a "baseline" regarding your current
level of fitness and simple measurements to determine your body fat
percentage.

Based on the gathered information, availability of training
equipment, and your personal schedule, we will "tailor" a workout
programme utilising military bodyweight exercise supplemented by weights, bands, THE TRX SUSPENSION SYSTEM and many elements derived from YOGA, CROSSFIT and MIXED MARTIAL ARTS conditioning. Our programme is designed to help you reach both short term and long term fitness
goals at the privacy of your own home or office.
